Universal Steel Mounting Hardware
Rotary Products strip doors are transparent. This enables vehicular and hand truck traffic to visually check for objects or persons on the other side of the door before they pass through.
The level of clarity is an important safety concern. In order to maintain an acceptable level of clarity the PVC strips should be periodically checked for excessive dirt or scratching.
If dirty, the PVC strips can be cleaned. Medium strength detergents or Isopropyl alcohol can be used. Do not use solvents or heavy abrasives. If the PVC strips are scratched to the point where vision is impaired a replacement strip can be ordered from a Rotary Products distributor. The replacement strips can be easily installed by in-company maintenance crews.
